This article describes how the Optiml platform analyzes portfolios as well as individual assets down to component level.
Portfolio-level: How does the system prioritize assets?
Optiml automatically assesses:
- Which buildings have the highest renovation impact.
- CapEx vs. CO₂ reduction trade-offs.
- Portfolio-wide compliance with CRREM paths to avoid stranding.
Even with low data, the tool visualizes each single building by EPC, identifies underperforming assets and helps with prioritization of actions. The tool summarizes the assessment of each single building in a portfolio-overview dashboard (“top-down”).
You can also filter assets by:
- Year of construction,
- Energy consumption,
- Renovation status,
- ESG scores.
Asset-level: What insights does the automated asset analysis provide?
- Digital twin visualization (3D model with solar and energy efficiency data).
- Breakdown of renovation costs and savings.
- EPC improvement potential.
- Energy simulation results based on component upgrades.
